NEW 2020 BOOKING POLICY AND SEATING RECOMMENDATIONS

One of the main policies which Paul has incorporated into all bookings is the requirement of a deposit. this ranges from $50 up to $500 depending on the location and type of event.

All deposits can be paid in a number of ways but most importantly all are safe for both you as the customer and Paul as a business.

1. Call Paul Direct and he can run your card through the Intuit payment system and immediately send you a confirmation and receipt. (best system if you don't like doing transactions online)

2. Via this website you can go to the Store page and pay online via Paypal millions of transactions are done worldwide with Paypal and it is a very good system.

3. You can meet with Paul and pay the good old fashioned way ...Cash. Of course you will be given a Receipt and later a full confirmation.

4. We do accept checks in the mail however "lost in the mail" is no excuse and the booking WILL NOT be confirmed until receipt is made if you choose this method YOU MUST PUT A TRACKING NUMBER ON THE PAYMENT

NO BOOKING IS EVER CONFIRMED WITHOUT AN AGREEMENT OF PAYMENT IF YOU PAY A DEPOSIT YOU WILL GET A RECEIPT AND ALSO A CONFIRMATION DIRECTLY FROM PAUL ANTONIO MAGIC!

The show goes on.

in the extremely unlikely event PAM didn't get to your event then every effort would be made to make this up to your satisfaction and a full refund would be paid immediately.

(this is unlikely to ever happen)

As the client if you choose to cancel a booked date and time slot within 48 hours of paying the deposit or accepting the booking confirmation the said deposit will be forfeited or a $50 administration fee will become due.

Bookings cancelled after 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation will be billed 100% of the booking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

As the client you agree to make payment in full within 7 days of any such cancellation or incur any and all legal fees associated with recovery.

This is because you are taking up a date and time which is allocated to you and will not under any circumstances be double booked by Paul Antonio Magic.

Changes to the invoice after 24 hours will incur a $25 per time administration fee.

Additional insured is available to all clients at an additional fee of $40 per request 

Corporate bookings must be paid in full within 15 days of booking or will be assessed an additional $50 per month or part thereof administration fee.

If you Book Paul Antonio Magic for an outside event then alternate measures should be taken to make sure that the show can go on in the event of inclement weather.

While PAM will perform many acts in all weather the props are not made for all weather so a magic show may not be feasible, such as in high winds, Similarly Stilt walking in high winds is not recommended.

PAM will always take safety into consideration of both the client, their guests, the venue and himself and always reserves the right to refuse to perform in such circumstances.

( PAM will do everything within the realm of entertainment to make the event successful).

My Stage set up has a 12 foot backdrop and loud speaker system made for each venue also lighting where needed (evening shows)

While a stage is not required the audience should never be set behind the performance area nor too far to the left or to the right as some effects may not be seen well from the sides.
